New Maps for Halo2

New information from a couple sources say there will be new maps out possibly before suggested date. geekBlue will keep you updated. Here is the article from itvibe that gives initial information.

Microsoft Game Studios have announced that a new multiplayer map pack for Halo 2 will be available on June 28th of this year. This follows a number of unofficial announcements, including a published press release on Microsoft's Korean version of the Xbox.com site.

The new map pack will feature nine new maps in total, and the entire package of maps will be available in stores at a recommended retail price of $19.95 on the June date. However, Xbox Live users will be able to get their hands on some of the maps for free before that date.
