HP and Infinity Broadcasting Making Deal on Visual Radio
|
Infinity Broadcasting will announce today a deal with Hewlett-Packard that will bring a new service to cell phones. The service called Visual Radio will allow users to listen to local FM radio stations on their cell phones. Along with this service extra data and media will delivered to their phones about the broadcast currently running. This is an effort to take share away from Satellite radios and help local radio broadcasters. HP and Infinity will announce their deal at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas later this week. geekBlue will keep you updated on the announced news. |
