T Mobile start to carry Treo 650

Gizmodo had an article today about T-Mobile carrying the Treo 650. geekBlue sources says it is technically ready to ship. Working phones of T-Mobile Treo 650s are floating around running a on Microsoft's Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition for PocketPC Phone Edition. Rumors are saying it will be called the Treo 650M. Besides a couple button differences and the two toned casing, distinguishing between the older and the newer is nearly impossible. The new Treo will be powered by a Bulverde processor at 520MHz. A step up from the older version processor and proves to run much nicer. The Treo 650M will have internal memory of 128MB of RAM and 64MB of flash ROM. A major improvement came from the wireless capabilities. Unlike the Treo 650, the 650M will have 802.11b wireless LAN built in. The camera is still poor at 1.3 megapixal.
