Casio Exilim EX-Z57
![]() |
Casio is known for their slim designs and it is continuing to lead the pack with it's new Exilim EX-Z57 digital camera. This new boy wonder weights only 4.6 ounces and measures 3.5 x 2.3 x 0.9 inches. Having a 5.0 Megapixel camera with SMC Pentax Zoom Lens, the whole device can startup and be ready to snap in less than 2 seconds. The outer casing is what you would expect from Casio. It has a durable design with a mixture of plastic and metal. There is a huge display that spans 2.7 inches on the backside and I have to admit it is something to look at. The controls are easy to use and understand. I was able to get my hands on one for a couple test shots and I really loved the way it handled. There is also a business function that will allow users to take pictures of items as small as business cards or as big as meeting powerpoints. Video on this unit lacks but if you are in the market for just good pictures than this would be the way to go. |
