Firefly Mobile Firefly

Cell phones these days are still at a price where kids can't afford them and parents don't want to buy them. Well if you are an on-the-go parent or you just want to keep up with your kids more often then check out this Mobile Firefly. It is designed for parents who can't always be with their kids but worry about their safety. It has a small compact design with easy buttons for speed dialing. That way if a child is in trouble they can quickly contact someone. With the larger easy buttons young children who normally couldn't dial could have a lifeline with them at all times. There are some cons with having a product like this. For this case the phone lacks all the ring and ding of more expensive phones. Ringtones are lacking and there isn't really any other software capabilities except calling. However, there is a 911 button for easy police access. Most plans for the Firefly can be expensive yet for the use of the item most parents may be willing to fork it over in the name of safety. Phones run around $59 from Firely and $199 from SunCom but they are offering additional plans along with the phone.
