Cellphones reach new programmability levels

| Sandbridge Technologies says that they will revolutionize the cellphone industry by adding programmability in radio processing, a domain where fixed-function chips were used until now. For most users it just means that phones will evolve much quicker because new functionalities can be added in software instead of designing a new chip.
