USAToday uses Shortcodes for cell phones

Right now, USA Today is utilizing the shortcode, 44636, to let their readers get instant news, sports, and weather updates.  For example, the paper in front of me says “For a 5-day forecast in your area, send text message with W and your city (i.e. W Denver) or zip code (i.e. W 80203) to 44636.  Another page has “For live sports scores and stats, send text message with Team Name (i.e. red sox) or Player Name (i.e. david Ortiz) to 44636.”
