Virtual item bought for $100,000

| Jon Jacobs has just won an auction for a virtual space resort in the MMORPG, Project Entropia, for $100,000. The space station is described as a "monumental project in the treacherous, but mineral rich Paradise V Asteroid Belt and comes with mining and hunting taxation rights." The bidding for the space station started at one PED (equivalent to 10 cents) and was won in just three days. |
