Yahoo! Adds RSS Feed Notification via E-Mail

Users of the Yahoo! Alerts service can now receive notifications of updated feeds via email, SMS, or instant messenger according to an article from CNet this morning. The company will be tweaking the service throughout the day to allow adding RSS feeds. Currently, users can select from a list of available alerts on the Alerts site or from places on the Yahoo! website, like news, where the 'ringing bell' icon appears.
