CES: New Sonos ZP80 ZonePlayer

Nothing does wireless music as simply or as elegantly as the Sonos Digital Music System. This futuristic hi-fi piece has the potential to change the way you listen to (and store) your music, capable of expanding into a multi-room audio setup that will spark envy in your friends and anger from your bank manager. Every Sonos system consists of two main elements – the Zone Player and the Zone Controller. The Zone Player is where all the technical action is and the original ZP100 model is an exquisitely designed grey/white box with a built-in digital amplifier. The new, hospital-white ZP80 (pictured) adds some flexibility to the range. First, it’s considerably smaller thanks to the absence of that digital amp.
