FeedXs

FeedXs allows you to create and publish your own RSS feeds without requiring any websites. You create feed items with FeedXs by sending messages to it via MSN Messenger. This process is very easy, but you will not get many essential features as you would with a blog, such as photo uploading and commenting. I guess this service is aimed towards people who can't be bothered with a blog, but have information they want to get across.
