Rumors of Microsoft Portable Device Surface

BusinessWeek is reporting that Microsoft may be planning to come out with a portable device to rival Apple's iPod, and possibly include some gaming capability. The company says that they have assembled a team to look into the feasibility of developing and selling such a player, but no firm decision has been made whether or not to go ahead with the project.
