MyTunesRSS is a free app for iTunes and Windows (or OSX) users that allows you to access your iTunes music collection from any browser. Spotted by TUAW a couple weeks ago, MyTunesRSS supports MP3 and unprotected AAC files and creates RSS feeds from existing iTunes playlists that you can listen to via any device with a web browser (even one without iTunes).
