Concept: Flip Remote Control
|
How many lame jokes have you heard in our life about how hard it is to use a universal remote control? Since I don't own a television and listen to most of my music on a stereo connected to a kitchen cabinet, I have to admit that I'm that idiot in the joke. I generally give up when asked to change the channel while watching TV at the house of a friend who has consolidated audio and video (and whatever else) into a single remote. So, while maybe this Flip Remote Control design concept, by Geisen Design, isn't for you and your tech savvy needs, it makes sense to me. The design essentially isolates the most-used controls--say, power, volume, TV channel/track forward/backward--on the outside of the clamshell remote. Everything else is tucked away on the inside. Simplicity or not--your choice. Via |
