Samsung announces 8GB microSD card
|
Looks like the microSD card family has a brand new addition, thanks to Samsung's safe delivery of its latest 8GB baby. I'm amazed at how they squeezed in that much memory into a flash memory card that measures smaller than my thumbnail. Performance of this 8GB Samsung microSD card ain't half bad either, featuring a write speed of 8MB/sec which is quadruple the amount posted by older cards. Great for those who substitute their iPods with cellphones as 8GB can hold up to 2,000 songs on average, keeping you entertained for hours on end. Pricing details and a release date have yet to be confirmed. Via |
